Repairs, Replacements, and Improvements
- Inspect Property Routinely to Ensure Facility is Maintained in Excellent Condition
- Implement and Manage Ongoing Preventative Maintenance Program
- Handle any Repairs, Alterations, or Decorating Hotel will Need After Opening
Advertising and Promotion
- Plan, Prepare, and Contract Advertising Promotions for the Hotel as Needed
- Make Recommendations and Join Associations, Clubs, and Civic Groups to Maintain Community Awareness
- Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan with Competitive Analysis
Source of Accounting
- Contract and Manage Accounting Firm to Handle All Hotel Accounting Needs to Include Payroll, Monthly Profit and Loss Statements, Accounts Payable, and W2 Forms
