  • Negotiate Best Prices for All Operating Supplies and Equipment
  • Order and Maintain Appropriate Inventories of Supplies
  • Inventory Supplies Monthly to Maintain Costs and Maximize Profit

Repairs, Replacements, and Improvements

  • Inspect Property Routinely to Ensure Facility is Maintained in Excellent Condition
  • Implement and Manage Ongoing Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Handle any Repairs, Alterations, or Decorating Hotel will Need After Opening

Advertising and Promotion

  • Plan, Prepare, and Contract Advertising Promotions for the Hotel as Needed
  • Make Recommendations and Join Associations, Clubs, and Civic Groups to Maintain Community Awareness
  • Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan with Competitive Analysis

Source of Accounting

  • Contract and Manage Accounting Firm to Handle All Hotel Accounting Needs to Include Payroll, Monthly Profit and Loss Statements, Accounts Payable, and W2 Forms
