  • Neil Densmore

    President

    Neil, a Certified Hotel Administrator, has 35+ years of direct hotel management experience. His background encompasses an extensive hotel career in full-service, limited-service, and resort properties, which include: Hilton Brands, Marriott Brands, Choice Hotels International Brands, and IHG Brands.

    During his tenure at these facilities, Neil gained first-hand knowledge of all aspects of hotel management including food and beverage, convention services, sales, maintenance, revenue/yield management, reservations, front office, and general hotel operations.

    Neil is currently a member of IHG Owners Association Hotel Indigo Committee, past Board Member of the International Operators Council of Choice Hotels, past Chair of Choice Hotels International’s Wisconsin Marketing Cooperative, and past Chairman of Choice Hotels International’s Education Committee.

  • Jessica Johnson

    Vice President

    Jessica joined Great Lakes Management Group in 2014 as the opening General Manager of a property she led to the top 2% of the brand; while maintaining property scores and ranking this property received several awards.

    Being an accomplished hospitality professional with over 17 years in the industry Jessica gained extensive hospitality experience from a multi-position background that includes General Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of F&B for brands such as Hilton, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Radisson.

    During this time, Jessica consistently achieved key performance initiatives, maximized operational profitability and effectiveness, while always delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Randy Haynes

    Vice President of Administration & Owner Affairs

    Randy joined Great Lakes Management Group in 2004 as the company’s Vice President of Hotel Operations overseeing all properties.

    Randy, a Certified Hotel Administrator, has 30+ years of hotel experience as a Corporate Controller and General Manager of full-service hotels, which include Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Renaissance.

    His extensive experience provides glmg hotels expertise in all aspects of the hotel business; sales, finance, revenue management, food and beverage, and guest service. He has previously been on the board of the Iowa and Montana state hotel associations and has served board positions of various cities Convention and Visitors Bureaus.

  • Jennifer Cooper

    Director of Revenue Management

    Jennifer joined Great Lakes Management Group in January 2023 and serves as Director of Revenue Management for our portfolio.

    Jennifer has 20 years of experience in the hotel business - her journey to becoming a seasoned revenue manager began in hotel operations and was subsequently refined through her 8-year tenure with IHG’s Revenue Management team prior to joining GLMG.

    Jennifer’s passion and expertise in three central revenue-generating functions - Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management - have been instrumental in helping hotels exceed yearly budgets.

  • Paul Lenhart

    Director of Facilities

    Paul Lenhart joined Great Lakes Management Group in 2019, serving as the Director of Facilities overseeing engineering and maintenance practices for the GLMG portfolio.

    Paul has over 30 years of experience directly overseeing commercial properties in all aspects of building environments, preventative maintenance, safety programs, and building efficiency.

    He has worked in various commercial settings overseeing all maintenance and construction aspects of the building for Office Structures, Hospitals, Financial Institutions, Hotels, and Food & Beverage Outlets.

    In addition, Paul has an extensive HVAC Equipment and controls background with 20+ years in the field servicing and installing equipment. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in nearly all facets of building engineering.

  • Jon Kleuver

    Regional Task Force Manager

    Jon Kleuver joined Great Lakes Management Group in August 2019 and serves as Regional Task Force Manager helping with operations for all properties in the GLMG portfolio.

    Before he moved to the role of Regional Task Force Manager, Jon was a General Manager for one of the GLMG hotels where he was able to win multiple awards for customer service during his time.

    Jon has over 8 years of hotel management experience. His experience in various brands from Mainstream to Lifestyle Boutique has given him the tools needed to build strong teams and great customer experience for all guests.

  • Zach Gray

    Regional Operations Manager

    Zach Gray joined Great Lakes Management Group in 2019 and serves as a Regional Operations Manager overseeing operations for select hotels within the GLMG portfolio.

    With over 15 years of hospitality experience spanning both full-service and limited-service properties, Zach has developed expertise in event and conference management, operations, and team development. Throughout his career, he has led multiple award-winning hotels, recognized for outstanding guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

    Most recently, Zach served as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown, a multi-year award-winning property ranked among the top Hotel Indigo locations in the brand for overall guest experience. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and service, Zach continues to cultivate a culture of pride and genuine hospitality across his hotels.

  • Dietrich Jessen

    Regional Operations Manager

    With nearly a decade of leadership experience, Dietrich brings a results-driven, people-focused approach to every property he leads. Most recently, he guided Hotel Indigo Minneapolis Downtown through its grand opening and into recognition as one of the top-performing Hotel Indigo properties nationwide. Dietrich also spearheaded the successful conversion and opening of Spark by Hilton Madison Central, establishing a strong operational foundation and local reputation from day one. 

    In his current role, he oversees operations for multiple hotels within the GLMG Hotels portfolio, providing strategic direction and performance leadership across diverse brands. In addition to his operational expertise, Dietrich leads the company’s information technology initiatives, ensuring seamless systems integration and innovation across properties. 

    His leadership is marked by a commitment to service excellence, team development, and forward-thinking hospitality solutions that drive both guest satisfaction and long-term profitability.
